There was a... tree. It was related, somehow, to the oranges, but not the way you'd expect. You see, the fruit was completely there. All of it. None of it wasn't in the bowl. Which, by the way, was made of wood. The kind you make paper out of. Well, I don't know what you make paper out of, but it's the kind I make paper out of. I use it for houses, too. Big, purple ones. Other colors generally get plastic of some kind. The spiffy post-consumer stuff with the changing colors. It's like fall. That's not the same as the canary, but you didn't ask about that. Or the frog. He was too small, by the way. We can't keep him. Gave him to Erin. She's gonna do something. She even hosted a dinner. Weird. Like Atlantis. I've only been once or twice, but I've got friends who make it more than a yearly thing, and they say the moon is quite lovely in August. And something about Mars and Venus and collisions. I wasn't paying attention. I'm usually not. Unless I am. I learn more that way. It's also easier than shoving needles into your eyes, which is a terrible way to use drugs. It's not that I like drugs, but I would rather drive a car or something. That way you don't have to worry about cheese. I'm always worried about cheese, though. Except when I'm worried about cheesecake. There was a birthday involved, but I wasn't there. Too many rabbits. I'm not comfortable with orange fur. That's what the tree was for, anyhow. And it's not winter for much longer.

The thing is... where I live we only need a couple of inches for people to freak out about snow. xD It's funny.

Welcome to my world. Where I live we have over three feet of snow in places where it hasn't been disturbed and the snow banks are as tall as houses. Well, it has been a particulairly snowy year for us too.
